So THIS is why I spend hours and hours in my garden all week, to the detriment of all my other responsibilities. 😅 Well, I feel great even if my meal-planning and errand-running aren't up to snuff!
I recently came across a study that suggested that 3 hours a week is the sweet spot for time in nature to get the most benefits to wellbeing. I'll link to it when I get a moment on my computer.
Wanting to maximise our nature time was definitely a factor in why we chose homeschooling for our family
