Reading this reminds me that that’s very much an excuse to justify my screen time, and that I can always delete apps or use other tools to work around that. Thanks!
The thing is that phones can be very useful, to take pictures of your kid or read your favorite magazine. However, these will make you go back to your phone for the less usefull things.
So, I would also suggest to buy a small camera, and a paper subscription to your magazine. You should enjoy the presence of these different objects. If not, return to the phone ! ; )
